VistaONE Rulebook
VistaONE
Operating Standard
Multi-pair FX software built for structured exposure and longer trade cycles. This rulebook is the standard you follow to run it responsibly and profitably.
EURUSD · M15 Multi-Pair Structure Longer Cycles Set + Monitor
1
What VistaONE Is (and Isn't)
Expectations
Understand what you're running before you run it. Misaligned expectations cause most problems.
What VistaONE IS
Structured FX exposure across multiple pairs. Longer trade cycles than VistaX. Designed for a set-and-monitor approach with disciplined risk sizing. Runs on EURUSD M15 as the activation chart.
What VistaONE Is NOT
Not a managed account. Not a signal service. Not guaranteed profit. Not "set and forget forever." You are responsible for broker, risk, and when to run or pause.
⚙️
You Control Everything That Matters
Broker selection, account type (demo vs live), lot size, whether to run or pause, and when to intervene. The software handles entries and exits — you handle risk and timing.
⚠️
Patience Is a Core Requirement
VistaONE operates on longer cycles than VistaX. Drawdown periods can last days or weeks. This is expected behavior when sized correctly — not a signal to interfere.
Multi-pair exposure Longer hold times Not passive income

Setup Rules — Clean Install Only
Installation
Most "software issues" are actually environment issues. Follow these setup rules exactly.
⚠️ One Software Per Account — Non-Negotiable

Never run VistaONE and VistaX on the same MT5 account simultaneously. If you want both, use separate broker accounts and separate MT5 terminals. Mixing EAs on one account causes unpredictable behavior.

📁
Correct File Location
Place VistaONE.ex5 in MT5 → File → Open Data Folder → MQL5 → Experts → Advisors. Press F5 to refresh. It must appear in the Navigator panel before attaching.
🎛️
Always Load the Official Preset (.set File)
The .set file contains all calibrated settings. In the EA inputs tab, click Load and select VistaONE.set before clicking OK. Never skip this — default values are not the optimized settings.
💹
Activation Chart: EURUSD M15
Attach VistaONE to the EURUSD chart set to the M15 timeframe. Using a different symbol or timeframe will produce incorrect behavior. Confirm the smiley face 🙂 appears in the chart corner.
🖥️
VPS Required for Reliable Operation
VistaONE runs longer cycles — it must stay online consistently. A Windows VPS ensures MT5 keeps running even when your computer is off. Do not run on a home computer long-term.
▶️
AutoTrading Must Be ON
The AutoTrading button in the MT5 toolbar must be green. Without it, the EA loads but places no trades. Check Tools → Options → Expert Advisors → Allow automated trading.

Risk Rules — This Is Everything
Mandatory
VistaONE can run smoothly for a long time — until someone over-leverages. Sizing correctly is the single most important thing you do.
🚨 Over-Leverage Kills Accounts

Longer cycles mean drawdown can accumulate over days or weeks. If your lot size is too large relative to your balance, you may not have enough margin to survive a full cycle. Size conservatively and give the system room.

📏
Lot Sizing Rule: Start Conservative
There is no single universal lot size — it depends on your account balance, broker leverage, and number of pairs running. Start smaller than you think you need, observe one full cycle, then adjust if comfortable.
📊
Monitor Margin Level Daily
Check your margin level in MT5 every day. A healthy margin level is above 300%. If it drops below 150%, your exposure is dangerously high for the account size. Reduce lot size before running again.
🔒
Plan For Drawdown Before It Happens
Before going live, ask yourself: "If this account goes -30% in drawdown for 2 weeks, am I okay with that?" If the answer is no, reduce your lot size until it is. Do this math before trading, not during.
🚫
Never Change Settings During an Active Cycle
Changing parameters (lot size, multiplier, step size) while trades are open can break the recovery logic. If you need to change settings, close all positions first and restart on a clean state.
📈
Never Scale Up During Drawdown
"Averaging down manually" or increasing lot size to recover faster is the fastest path to account loss. Let the algorithm manage the cycle. Your job is to not interfere.
Start conservative Give it room No emotional scaling

Monitoring Rules
Set + Monitor
Set-and-monitor means you check in regularly — not that you ignore it. Being passive with your monitoring is not the same as being irresponsible with your risk.
🌅
Daily Check (5 Minutes)
Every morning: open MT5 (or MT5 mobile), check account balance vs equity, check margin level, confirm EA smiley face is showing, and check Telegram for any guidance from the kazpa team.
📅
Weekly Review
Weekly: review open positions, assess cycle progress, check if risk sizing is still appropriate for current balance, and review any Telegram updates from that week.
🚫
No Panic Actions
If you see a deep drawdown, do not immediately close trades manually. Sequences are designed to recover. Closing during drawdown locks in losses that the algorithm was planning to recover. Contact support first.
📱
Use MT5 Mobile for Quick Checks
Download MT5 on your phone. Log in with the same credentials as your VPS account. Use it for balance checks and monitoring — never to modify trades or settings while the EA is running.
5
News & Volatility
Calendar Awareness
VistaONE's longer cycles mean it's naturally exposed to more news events than VistaX. Managing this wisely reduces unnecessary drawdowns.
📰
Pause Before Major Red-Folder Events
High-impact events (NFP, FOMC, CPI, GDP, ECB rate decisions) can cause 50–200 pip moves on EUR pairs. If VistaONE has open trades during a spike, it can deepen an existing sequence significantly. Pause 30+ minutes before.
🏛️
FOMC Periods — Extra Caution
FOMC rate decisions create multi-day volatility in EUR pairs. Consider pausing for 24 hours around FOMC decisions, not just during the announcement itself. Check Telegram for guidance.
📆
Check ForexFactory Every Morning
Filter for High Impact (red folder) events affecting EUR or USD. If a major event is scheduled during your monitoring window that day, decide in advance whether you'll pause or let it run.
💬
Telegram for Real-Time Warnings
The kazpa Telegram channel posts warnings before major events. This is faster than any calendar — keep notifications on so you don't miss a critical pause notice.
6
Common Mistakes — Read Twice
Avoid These
These are the mistakes that consistently cause problems. Every single one is avoidable.
💣
Increasing Lot Size During Drawdown
"I need to recover faster so I'll increase my lot size" — this is how accounts blow up. Adding size during drawdown multiplies risk at the worst possible moment. Never do this.
📉
Ignoring Margin Level Until It's Too Late
Low margin level means the broker can force-close your positions at a loss. Check margin level daily. If it's trending toward danger levels, reduce exposure before the broker does it for you.
📄
Not Loading the Official Preset
Running with default EA inputs instead of the VistaONE.set file produces completely different behavior. If your setup seems wrong, the first thing to check is whether the preset was loaded correctly.
🔀
Running Multiple EAs on One Account
VistaONE + VistaX on the same account creates unmanageable exposure overlap. One account = one EA. Period. Use separate broker accounts for each software.
Closing Positions Without a Plan
Manually closing trades mid-cycle without consulting support almost always locks in losses. If a cycle looks scary but is sized correctly, let it complete. Contact support before touching anything manually.
🙈
Not Monitoring Telegram
Guidance, news warnings, and pause notices come through Telegram. Members who don't follow the channel consistently experience avoidable drawdowns from running during flagged conditions.
