Required Agreement (Read First)

This documentation exists to help you set up correctly — but it does not remove risk.

By continuing, you agree that:

  • kazpa provides licensed trading software + presets + education (not financial advice).
  • You are responsible for broker choice, leverage selection, lot size, risk mode, and when you run/pause.
  • Forex/CFDs can result in substantial losses. You may lose some or all of your capital.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future performance.
  • You will start on a demo if you are new or if you haven’t tested your setup.
Important: kazpa staff will never ask for your broker password. Protect your login.

Downloads & Files

Everything you need is provided inside your Member Dashboard. Download files only from official kazpa pages.

What’s included

  • Software file (.ex5) — the MT5 software (VistaONE / VistaX)
  • Preset file (.set) — the official configuration (mandatory)
  • Docs + checklists — setup, rules, troubleshooting

Critical workflow

  1. Download everything to your regular computer first.
  2. Copy the files and paste them onto your VPS Desktop.
  3. Install from the VPS so everything stays in one place and your setup is clean.

Where files go

  • .ex5 goes here: File → Open Data Folder → MQL5 → Experts → Advisors
  • .set can stay on your Desktop/Downloads — you will Load it inside MT5
Rule: Never “guess settings.” Always load the official .set for the product you’re running.

0 → 100 Setup Guide (Exact Order)

This is the exact order to prevent mistakes. Do not skip steps.

      • Allow automated trading on live accounts (if live)

Phase 3 — Charts + symbols (must be correct)

  1. Market Watch → Right-click → Show All
  2. Open the correct chart:
    • VistaONE → EURUSD → M15
    • VistaX → XAUUSD → M5
  3. Confirm timeframe before attaching anything.

Phase 4 — Install software

  1. Download your files on your regular computer → copy onto VPS Desktop.
  2. In MT5: File → Open Data Folder → MQL5 → Experts

  3. Load the official .set file (mandatory) → press OK.
  4. Verify:
    • Auto Trading is green
    • Blue cap icon shows on the chart
    • Experts tab shows “License OK” (or equivalent success log)
If anything looks wrong, stop here and go to Troubleshooting. Don’t “try random fixes.”

VPS Setup

Your VPS keeps MT5 & the software running 24/5 even when your computer is off.

Requirements

  • Windows Server 2019 / 2022
  • 2 vCPU / 4 GB+ RAM, 40 GB+ SSD
  • Latency to broker: < 50 ms preferred

Connect & Secure

  • Connect via Remote Desktop / Windows App using IP Address, Administrator, password that your VPS Server provide to you via email after pruchase.
  • Change password immediately.
  • Disable sleep/auto-lock so MT5 stays running.
  • Set Windows Update to manual (update when markets are closed).
Tip: Keep the VPS clean (no extra apps) to reduce lag.

Broker Setup

Pick an MT5 broker with tight spreads and stable execution. This directly affects results.

Requirements

  • MT5 with hedging enabled
  • Account type: RAW / PRO / ECN (tight spreads + commission)
  • Leverage up to 1:500 when available
  • Market execution + reliable uptime

RAW/PRO vs Standard

  • RAW/PRO: tight spreads + small commission → best for automation
  • Standard: wider spreads — not ideal for algos

Commonly Used (community)

OX Securities, Trade Smart, Plexy Trade, Blaze Markets, 1XTrade, PupPrime, LQH Markets. No endorsements. Do your own due diligence.

Open, Verify, Fund

  • Open an MT5 account (RAW/PRO/ECN), set leverage, complete KYC.
  • Get server name, login, password via broker email.
  • Fund account; keep healthy free margin.
kazpa has no broker partnerships or commissions. You are responsible for broker selection.

    • Allow algorithmic trading
    • Allow DLL imports
    • Allow on live accounts

Files

  • .ex5 — software file (VistaONE.ex5 / VistaX.ex5)
  • .set — mandatory preset with official parameters

Install

  1. MT5 → File → Open Data Folder
  2. MQL5 > Experts > Advisors → copy .ex5 here

  • Drag software from Navigator onto the chart.
  • Enter License Key, then Load the matching .set file (required).
  • OK → confirm blue cap icon and “License OK” in Experts.
Mandatory: The correct .set file must be loaded or the software will not operate properly.

Trading Sessions & When To Run (EST/GMT)

When you run matters. Spreads, volatility, and liquidity change throughout the day.

Key concept: Broker time vs your time

  • Your broker may use a different server timezone than EST.
  • Use a GMT/UTC converter when needed to match session timing. [https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/]
  • When following kazpa timing instructions, confirm whether the reference is EST or GMT.

General session behavior

  • Asian session: often calmer (varies on XAUUSD)
  • London open: volatility increases
  • NY open: volatility + news sensitivity increases
  • Major news windows: spreads widen and execution can degrade
Rule: If spreads are ugly or news is live, you pause. Controlled exposure wins.

VistaX Rulebook — Official Operating Rules

VistaX is a structured trading software that requires discipline, risk management, and timing awareness. This rulebook outlines the routine many kazpa members follow successfully.

You are free to run VistaX however you want. This is not financial advice. No guarantees.

1) Trading Days (Non-Negotiable Rules)

Do NOT trade on:

  • Fridays
  • FOMC day
  • The day after FOMC
  • High-impact USD news days (red folder events)
  • Saturdays & Sundays (market closed / illiquid)
If any of the above apply, VistaX should not be running.

2) Trading Window (Critical Timing Rule)

Optimized VistaX trading window:

  • 09:35 – 10:50 GMT
  • (4:35 – 5:50 AM EST)

Additional timing rules

  • Turn Auto Trading OFF after 6:00 AM EST.
  • Open trades can be left to close naturally only during session hours.
  • Any trades still open after ~7–8 AM EST should be manually closed (if still open).
  • Do NOT hold VistaX trades deep into the session.
VistaX is designed to extract profits quickly. Less time in the market = lower risk.

3) News & Volatility Rules

Every trading day:

  1. Check ForexFactory.
  2. Filter: High impact + USD only.
  3. Avoid trading during red folder USD events.

Do NOT run VistaX when

  • Red folder USD news is scheduled in the window
  • Unexpected volatility spikes are happening
  • Major geopolitical headlines are actively moving gold
Market behavior matters more than signals. If volatility feels abnormal — don’t trade.

4) Market Conditions (Very Important)

VistaX works best when:

  • XAUUSD is consolidating
  • Price is moving between clear support & resistance
  • No strong directional momentum is present

Do NOT run VistaX when:

  • Gold is trending aggressively up or down
  • Price is making consecutive impulsive moves
  • You see continuation across multiple timeframes
Best practice: check XAUUSD on multiple timeframes in TradingView before running.

5) Risk & Lot Size Rules

Starting risk guideline: 0.10 lots per $10,000 account balance.

Examples:

  • $10k → 0.10
  • $20k → 0.20
  • $50k → 0.50
Over-leveraging leads to fast drawdowns. Start conservative. Compound later.

6) Drawdown Management Rules

VistaX uses an averaging strategy. If price moves against the initial trade, the software may place additional trades, exposure increases, and take-profit is averaged closer to current price.

Important rules during drawdown

  • Do NOT edit settings during drawdown
  • Do NOT panic close early
  • Do NOT interfere with the sequence

When to consider turning Auto Trading OFF

  • After ~8–10 trades
  • If margin level drops below ~200%
  • If price is aggressively trending and likely to continue
Turning Auto Trading off too early can trap trades in drawdown because the software cannot continue averaging.

7) Margin Safety Rules

  • Most brokers liquidate accounts at 20–30% margin level.
  • Always maintain a buffer and have a plan before drawdown happens.
  • Protecting capital is more important than chasing profit.

8) Auto Trading & Settings Safety

Be aware: editing settings and clicking OK can immediately place a trade if conditions are met.

This can happen if

  • Trading hours are not set correctly
  • Auto Trading is ON
  • You are on the correct symbol and the software sees an entry condition

Best practice before clicking OK

  • Double-check your trading window
  • Confirm Auto Trading status
  • Confirm chart symbol is XAUUSD
If an accidental trade appears, close it immediately and reassess your setup.

9) Discipline Rules (Mental Edge)

  • Do not be greedy.
  • Small controlled losses are acceptable.
  • Large losses come from breaking rules.
  • A $100 controlled loss is better than a $2,500 emotional one.

10) Long-Term Strategy Mindset

  • Primary goal: recover your initial investment, then trade with reduced emotional pressure.
  • VistaX works well with compounding and consistent execution.
  • Bigger accounts can allow faster growth — only when risk is controlled.

11) Responsibility & Disclaimer

  • VistaX is a software tool. kazpa does not manage funds.
  • kazpa does not guarantee results.
  • All trading decisions are your responsibility.
  • kazpa may share what they are doing on master accounts, but your execution and risk choices are your own.

12) Final Rule (Most Important)

If you’re unsure — don’t trade.
Missing a day is always better than breaking your rules.

VistaONE Rules (Read Before Running)

VistaONE is designed for longer-term compounding behavior and typically requires more patience than VistaX.

Non-negotiables

  • Chart/timeframe must be exact: EURUSD on M15
  • Always load the official .set file
  • Expect fewer actions — it’s not meant to trade constantly.

Operational rules

  • Do not chase activity. No trades can be normal depending on conditions.
  • Avoid switching brokers frequently (execution/spread differences matter).
  • Keep VPS stable and MT5 running consistently.
VistaONE is about consistency and time in the market — not constant entries.

Risk Management (How To Not Blow Up)

This is the most important section on the entire page. The software can execute — but only you control risk.

Core rules

  • Never risk money you can’t afford to lose.
  • Start smaller than you think — you can always scale later.
  • Higher leverage does not mean “take more risk.” It’s primarily a margin tool.
  • Don’t run during unstable market windows if you don’t understand the risk.

Practical approach (recommended)

  1. Run on demo first to confirm your setup is correct.
  2. Pick a risk mode and stick to it.
  3. Match your MT5 .set risk mode to your Risk Tool plan.
  4. Only scale after meaningful time + stable behavior.

When to pause

  • Major news (especially for XAUUSD)
  • Spread spikes / poor execution
  • VPS instability or MT5 disconnects
  • If you’re emotional or second-guessing
The goal is not to trade more — it’s to trade under controlled conditions.

Risk Tool (VistaX Only)

The Risk Tool is an interactive tab in your Member Dashboard.

Purpose

  • Calculate recommended starting lot by balance & risk mode
  • Visualize sequence behavior, projected drawdown, margin usage
  • Compare Conservative / Moderate / Aggressive profiles

How to Use

  1. Dashboard → Risk Tool tab
  2. Enter account balance; choose risk mode
  3. Review recommended lot, drawdown %, margin use
  4. Ensure MT5 .set risk mode matches the tool
Educational planner only — it doesn’t change MT5 settings. Always match the tool’s output to your loaded .set.

MT5 Mobile App

Monitor-only. Automation runs on your VPS, not your phone.

  • Install MetaTrader 5 (iOS/Android).
  • Login to your broker’s Live server with account number + password.
  • View open trades, equity, balance, history.
Do not manually close/modify trades from mobile while software is running.

Troubleshooting & Common Fixes

Golden Rule

Don’t guess. 90% of issues are: wrong chart/timeframe, Auto Trading off, missing .set, license mismatch, or MT5 not connected.

Step 1 — Confirm the basics (every time)

  • Correct chart/timeframe: EURUSD M15 (VistaONE) / XAUUSD M5 (VistaX)
  • Auto Trading is ON (green button)
  • License Key entered correctly (no spaces)
  • Official .set loaded (mandatory)
  • MT5 connected (no “No Connection”)

Issue: No Trades

  • Confirm market is open (no weekend closure).
  • Check spread — wide spreads can cause waiting/poor fills.
  • Check Experts tab for messages (errors often explain why).
  • Confirm correct .set for the product.

Issue: Auto Trading ON but still not trading

  • Tools → Options → Expert Advisors:
    • Allow algorithmic trading
    • Allow DLL imports
    • Allow automated trading on live accounts
  • Right-click chart → Advisors → confirm trading allowed on that chart.

Issue: License Errors

  • Re-paste key (no spaces) → OK → restart MT5.
  • Activation form MT5 account number must match logged-in account.
  • If broker/account changed, request transfer via Support.

Issue: “Trade Disabled” / “Invalid Volume”

  • Check symbol specifications (min lot / lot step) — brokers vary.
  • Re-load official .set.
  • Reduce lot/risk mode or add equity if margin is low.

Issue: No Connection / High Ping

  • File → Login to Trade Account (re-login)
  • Tools → Options → Server (check ping)
  • Consider moving VPS closer to broker if consistently high.

Issue: Blue Cap Missing

  • Re-attach software → load set → enable Auto Trading.
  • Restart MT5 if needed.

Issue: MT5 Slow/Laggy

  • Close extra charts you don’t need.
  • Keep VPS clean (avoid installing random apps).
  • Restart VPS weekly during calm market hours.

FAQ

Why do I need a VPS?

A VPS keeps MT5 and the software running 24/5 even when your personal computer is off. This prevents disconnect issues.

Can I run this on my phone?

No. Your phone is for monitoring only. The automation runs inside MT5 on your VPS.

Do I have to use 1:500 leverage?

When available, higher leverage can help margin flexibility. It does not force you to take more risk — your lot size does.

What if I change brokers or MT5 accounts?

Licenses are typically tied to one MT5 account. If you change accounts, request a transfer via Support.

I see no trades. Is it broken?

Not necessarily. Confirm chart/timeframe, Auto Trading, set file loaded, license OK, market open, and spread conditions — then wait.

Terminology Glossary

  • MT5: MetaTrader 5 platform where the software runs.
  • VPS: Remote Windows computer that stays on 24/5 for stable execution.

  • .ex5: Software file placed in MQL5 → Experts.
  • .set: Preset file loaded into Inputs.
  • Hedging: Account type that allows multiple positions.
  • RAW/ECN/PRO: Tight spread accounts usually with commission (preferred).
