When purchasing or subscribing to our software (including the VistaSUITE, VistaONE, or VistaX systems), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software on your trading account. You may not resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify the software. All intellectual property rights remain the property of kazpa.

8. User Responsibilities

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes;
• Do not share, copy, or distribute your license credentials;
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or bypass security systems;

9. Payments & Refunds

All payments for licenses or memberships are processed securely via our payment provider. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. kazpa reserves the right to deny or revoke access for users who violate payment terms or these Terms of Service.

10. Termination

kazpa may suspend or terminate your account or license at any time for non-compliance. Upon termination, your right to use our software or Services immediately ceases.

11. Performance Disclaimer

Any results, testimonials, or examples are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee future performance. Your results will vary based on account size, market conditions, and other factors beyond kazpa’s control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kazpa and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
