1. Overview
This Refund & Payment Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions, subscriptions, and payments made to kazpa (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or subscribing to any of our products or services, including our proprietary trading software (VistaONE, VistaX, VistaSUITE), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments must be completed through our approved payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to activate your license or membership access.
- Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Failure to complete payment may result in the suspension or termination of your license and account access.
3. Subscription Billing
For users on monthly or recurring payment plans, billing will automatically renew on your selected cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your kazpa dashboard or by contacting support@kazpa.io.
Licenses remain active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellations prevent future billing but do not trigger refunds for previous charges.
4. Refund Policy
- All payments made to kazpa are final and non-refundable.
- Due to the nature of digital software delivery and license activation, once your account and license key have been issued, refunds cannot be provided under any circumstance.
- By purchasing or activating a license, you expressly agree to waive your right to any refund or chargeback once your license access is granted.
We encourage all prospective clients to thoroughly review our educational materials, disclosures, and risk statements prior to making a purchase.
5. Failed or Disputed Payments
- Users who initiate chargebacks or disputes with their payment provider will have their accounts permanently deactivated.
- kazpa reserves the right to recover funds, associated fees, and damages incurred due to fraudulent disputes or chargebacks.
- Continued use of kazpa’s Software or services after a failed payment is strictly prohibited.
6. Account Termination
kazpa may suspend or terminate your license or membership without refund if you violate our Terms & Conditions, End User License Agreement (EULA), or engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
7. Modifications to Policy
kazpa reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of kazpa products after any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
