Refund & Payment Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Payment Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments, licenses, subscriptions, and transactions made to kazpa (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, licensing, or using any kazpa product or service — including proprietary trading software such as VistaX, VistaONE, or VistaSUITE — you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments must be completed through kazpa’s approved payment processors to activate access.
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate and current.
- Failure to complete or maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
3. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
If you are enrolled in a recurring payment plan, billing will automatically renew on the selected cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel future billing at any time by contacting support@kazpa.io. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in refunds for any prior payments.
4. No Refund Policy (All Sales Final)
- All payments to kazpa are final and non-refundable.
- Due to the digital nature of software delivery and license activation, refunds, reversals, or credits are not offered once access is granted.
- Trading performance, account results, market conditions, user error, misunderstanding of risk, or dissatisfaction with results do not qualify for a refund.
- By completing a purchase or activating a license, you expressly waive any right to a refund.
We strongly encourage all users to review our documentation, risk disclosures, and Terms & Conditions prior to making a purchase or activating a license.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after license activation constitutes a violation of kazpa’s Terms & Conditions.
- Accounts associated with chargebacks or disputes may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated without refund.
- kazpa reserves the right to recover losses, processing fees, and administrative costs associated with fraudulent or invalid disputes.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is otherwise not completed, access to kazpa software and services may be restricted or disabled until payment is resolved. Continued use of kazpa software without valid payment authorization is strictly prohibited.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
kazpa reserves the right to suspend or terminate licenses or accounts, without refund, for violations of our Terms & Conditions, License Activation Agreement, or this Policy, including but not limited to chargebacks, abuse, or misuse of the software.
8. Policy Updates
kazpa may update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of kazpa services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
