01 — Quick Start

Quick Start Overview

The fast version of the full setup in four phases. Read this first, then go through the full step-by-step section below in order.

Phase 01

Account & License

Log into the member dashboard. Complete the license activation / disclaimer agreement fully and submit it 100%. Join Telegram. You will not receive a license key until this is done.

Phase 02

VPS & Remote Desktop

Purchase a Windows VPS. Install Remote Desktop on desktop and mobile. Connect to your VPS in full screen horizontal mode. Save all credentials. Never click random buttons inside the VPS.

Phase 03

Broker & MT5

Create a broker account with MT5 support, XAUUSD, and 1:500 leverage. Create live and demo MT5 trading accounts. Fund the live account. Install MT5 on the VPS and connect using the exact server name.

Phase 04

Install & Go Live

Install VistaX files into MT5. Turn AutoTrading ON before attaching. Open XAUUSD M5. Load the set file, enter your license key, click OK. Confirm the blue hat is blue. Check market conditions. Run.

⚠️
Order matters — do not skip stepsYou cannot activate your license without your broker account number. You cannot sign into MT5 without creating a broker account first. You cannot attach VistaX correctly without AutoTrading being on first. Every step depends on the one before it.

01

Understand what VistaX is and what it is not

Before touching anything, understand what this software does, who kazpa is, and what the risks are.

🎯
Screenshot / Loom video
VistaX introduction & overview
What VistaX is
  • An Expert Advisor (EA) — automated trading software that runs inside MetaTrader 5
  • Licensed by kazpa — a software company, not a broker or fund manager
  • Designed only for XAUUSD (Gold) on the M5 (5-minute) timeframe
  • Session-based — built to trade specific market windows, not run 24/7
  • High-risk, high-reward — real drawdown is part of how it operates
  • Must run on a VPS to stay live during sessions
What kazpa is NOT
  • Not a broker, financial institution, or bank
  • Not a fund manager — kazpa does not touch your money
  • Not a financial advisor — nothing here is financial advice
  • Not liable for any trading losses you experience
  • A software licensing company — that is the full scope
Critical mindset before you do anything
  • Never rush setup — one wrong step can break the entire install
  • Never trade money you cannot afford to lose entirely
  • Never guess a setting you do not fully understand
  • Never assume the software removes risk — it does not
  • Do your own research on trading in addition to using VistaX
02

Member dashboard, license activation & disclaimer agreement

No license key will ever be issued until the disclaimer agreement is fully submitted. Do this first.

🔐
Screenshot placeholder
Dashboard → license area → agreement form → confirmation
What to do
  • Log into your kazpa Member Dashboard
  • Locate the license information and software area
  • Open and complete the License Activation / Disclaimer Agreement in full — every field
  • Submit it 100% — do not leave any section incomplete or partially filled
  • Once processed, your license key will be sent to you by email and accessible in the dashboard
If you don't have your license key yet
  • First verify the disclaimer was fully completed and submitted — not just started
  • Check your spam folder and email inbox for a confirmation message
  • Processing may take up to 24 hours — do not skip ahead without it
  • You cannot activate VistaX without the license key
Also do this while in the dashboard
  • Bookmark your Member Dashboard — you will come back here regularly
  • Download the VistaX software files so they are ready for when you need them in Step 9
  • Read through the documentation to get familiar with the layout
03

Join the private Telegram channel — this is required

All alerts, session skips, software updates, news warnings, and maintenance notices come through Telegram first and only.

📢
Screenshot placeholder
Telegram channel — pinned messages and announcement format
Why Telegram is required — not optional
  • This is how kazpa communicates critical information to all members in real time
  • If a news event, extreme volatility spike, or software issue is detected — it goes here immediately
  • Session skip notices are posted here before session windows open
  • Software updates, new set files, and important changes are announced here first
  • If you are not in the channel and you miss a skip notice, that is entirely user error
Do not skip this step
  • Joining Telegram is a condition of membership — not a suggestion
  • Only join from the official link below — not from links shared by other members or on social media
  • Turn on notifications so you do not miss time-sensitive alerts
Join here
  • https://t.me/+biZyUE61QO00ZGFh
  • After joining, turn on notifications for the channel
  • Read the pinned messages so you understand what gets posted and when
04

Get a Windows VPS

A VPS is a computer in the cloud that runs 24/7. This is where VistaX will actually run — not on your personal computer.

🖥️
Screenshot placeholder
VPS provider dashboard — plan selection and credential email
What a VPS is and why you need one
  • A VPS (Virtual Private Server) is a Windows computer hosted in a data center that runs 24/7 — even when your own computer is completely off
  • VistaX is session-based and must be live and active during the trading window. If it runs on your personal computer and that computer sleeps, loses internet, or restarts — the software stops and you miss the session entirely
  • A VPS solves this by giving VistaX a stable, always-on environment
  • Think of it as a dedicated PC that never turns off, always has internet, and runs MT5 + VistaX on your behalf in the background
What to buy and what spec to choose
  • Must be a Windows VPS — not Linux
  • Minimum spec: 2GB RAM, 1–2 CPU cores, Windows Server 2016 or later
  • Suggested tier: Basic or Core plan — you do not need a large server for MT5 + one EA
  • Choose a VPS located in a data center close to your broker's server for the best connection
  • Popular providers: Contabo, ForexVPS, AccuWebHosting, HostingRaja — not affiliated, not financial advice, do your own research
What you will receive after purchase
  • Your VPS provider will email you the login credentials after setup (usually within minutes to a few hours)
  • Save these immediately and securely: IP Address + Port, Username (usually "Administrator"), Password
  • Store them in a password manager — you will use these every time you connect
05

Connect to your VPS via Remote Desktop

Remote Desktop lets you see and control your VPS from your own screen — like sitting in front of it. Set this up on desktop and mobile.

🔗
Screenshot placeholder
Remote Desktop app — VPS connection added and login screen
Connecting on Windows (desktop)
  • Press Win + R, type mstsc, press Enter — this opens the built-in Remote Desktop Connection app
  • In the "Computer" field, enter your VPS IP address (e.g. 123.456.789.0)
  • Click Show Options, enter your VPS username
  • Click Connect, then enter your VPS password
  • If Windows asks for a "work or school" account, use the .rdp file your VPS provider sent in the welcome email — open it directly and it will connect automatically
  • Alternatively, download the Windows App from the Microsoft Store, add your VPS as a new PC, and save your credentials so you never have to type the password again
Connecting on Mac (desktop)
  • Download Microsoft Remote Desktop from the Mac App Store — it is free
  • Click Add PC, enter your VPS IP address as the PC name
  • Under User Account, add your VPS username and password
  • Double-click the PC to connect. Accept any certificate warning that appears.
Connecting on mobile (for monitoring only)
  • Download Microsoft Remote Desktop from the App Store or Google Play
  • Add the same VPS connection — IP, username, password
  • Use mobile to check on things remotely — do your full initial setup on desktop, not mobile
Critical VPS rules — never break these
  • Always open the VPS in full screen mode. If it is not full screen, your mouse is offset and you will accidentally click buttons you did not intend to
  • Always keep it in horizontal / landscape orientation
  • Do not click random buttons or explore menus inside the VPS out of curiosity
  • You can close the Remote Desktop window when you are done — the VPS keeps running. But never close MT5 inside the VPS
06

Create your broker account and MT5 trading account

Your broker is where your trading account lives. You need this before you can install MT5, fund your account, or complete license activation.

🏦
Screenshot placeholder
Broker signup → account dashboard → MT5 account creation → credential email
⚠️
Do this step before anything else in the MT5 chainYou cannot install MT5 on your VPS and connect it without a broker account. You cannot complete the license activation form without your MT5 account number and broker server name. Do not skip ahead.
What to look for in a broker
  • MetaTrader 5 (MT5) support — not MT4. VistaX only works on MT5
  • XAUUSD (Gold) available as a tradable instrument
  • 1:500 leverage — or as high as the broker allows
  • Low spreads on XAUUSD during London session hours (08:00–11:00 GMT)
  • Clean, fast deposit and withdrawal process
  • Not affiliated, not financial advice — do your own research on broker choice
How to create your accounts — step by step
  • Go to your chosen broker's website and register a profile account (this is your login to the broker portal)
  • Complete identity verification — you will need a passport or government-issued ID and proof of address (bank statement or utility bill). This is required by law for all regulated brokers.
  • Once verified, log into the broker portal and find "Open Trading Account" or "Create MT5 Account"
  • Choose account type: RAW, GOLD, or PRO (exact name varies by broker — choose the one with the tightest spreads)
  • Set leverage to 1:500 if available
  • If a country dropdown does not show USA, select Other if applicable
  • After creating the trading account, the broker emails you your MT5 login credentials
Also create a demo account while you are here
  • Most brokers let you create a free demo account alongside your live account
  • A demo account has virtual money and mirrors real market conditions
  • Use it to test setup steps, try setting changes, and make mistakes without risking real capital
  • There is no reason to learn setup mechanics on a live funded account
Save all of these immediately
  • Broker name (e.g. Eightcap, Fusion Markets)
  • MT5 server name — exact spelling, character for character (e.g. Eightcap-Live01)
  • MT5 account number (your login ID)
  • MT5 trading password
  • MT5 investor password (read-only — used for Myfxbook tracking later)
07

Fund your live trading account

$10,000 is the recommended minimum. Starting lower is possible only with correctly scaled lot sizes and full understanding of the increased risk.

💰
Screenshot placeholder
Broker deposit page → wallet → MT5 balance confirmed
Funding guidelines
  • Recommended minimum: $10,000 USD — this is what the default lot sizing in the set file is calibrated for
  • Starting with less is allowed only with correctly scaled lot sizing (see the Risk section below)
  • Lower balance = less margin buffer = higher liquidation risk on any adverse move
  • After depositing, verify the balance shows correctly inside MT5 before proceeding
  • Never deposit more than you can afford to lose entirely
Never do these when funding
  • Do not deposit a small amount and run lot sizes calibrated for $10,000+
  • Do not try to "make it back faster" by using oversized lots on a small balance
  • Do not borrow money to fund a trading account
  • Do not use money you need for rent, bills, or living expenses
08

Install MT5 on your VPS and connect your broker account

MT5 must be installed inside the VPS — not on your personal computer. This is where VistaX will live and run.

📲
Screenshot placeholder
MT5 installer inside VPS → terminal open → broker account connected → balance showing
Install MT5 inside the VPS
  • Log into your VPS via Remote Desktop — full screen, horizontal
  • Inside the VPS, open a browser (Edge or Chrome) and go to your broker's website
  • Download the MT5 platform from your broker's download page — not the generic MetaQuotes website. Using your broker's version ensures the correct server list is pre-loaded.
  • Run the installer inside the VPS and complete the installation
  • Once installed, immediately pin MT5 to the VPS taskbar — right-click MT5 in the taskbar → Pin to taskbar. This prevents losing the program if the VPS restarts.
  • Open MT5 and confirm it launches without errors
Connect your broker account to MT5
  • In MT5, go to File → Login to Trading Account
  • In the server search field, type your exact broker server name (e.g. Eightcap-Live01) — character for character
  • Select the correct server from the list — make sure it says Live, not Demo
  • Enter your MT5 account number and trading password
  • Click OK and wait for the connection to establish
Verify all four before moving on
  • Account number matches exactly what the broker sent you
  • Server name is exactly correct
  • Balance reflects what you deposited
  • Account status shows Live — not Demo
Also install MT5 on your mobile
  • Download the MT5 app from the App Store or Google Play on your phone
  • Log in with the same broker credentials — account number, password, and server name
  • Use mobile only for monitoring equity and open positions — never for changing EA settings
Never do these
  • Never close MT5 inside the VPS — the EA stops immediately
  • Never shut down the VPS session while MT5 is running
  • Never install MT5 only on your local computer — it must be on the VPS
09

Download and install VistaX files into MT5

Download the software from your Member Dashboard, move the files into the correct MT5 folders inside the VPS, and confirm VistaX appears in the Navigator.

📁
Screenshot placeholder
MT5 data folder → MQL5 → Experts folder → VistaX appearing in Navigator
Step 1 — Download the files to your VPS
  • Log into your Member Dashboard at kazpa.io/dashboard
  • Find the Downloads section and download the VistaX software package
  • Save the downloaded file to your VPS desktop — download it directly inside the VPS browser so it saves to the VPS, not your personal computer
  • Extract the zip file if it comes compressed
Step 2 — Move files into the correct MT5 folders
  • Open MT5 inside the VPS
  • Go to File → Open Data Folder — this opens the MT5 data directory in File Explorer
  • Navigate to MQL5 → Experts
  • Copy the VistaX .ex5 file into the Experts folder
  • If there are .set files included, move those to MQL5 → Files
  • Close the data folder and return to MT5
Step 3 — Refresh MT5 and confirm VistaX appears
  • In the MT5 Navigator panel (left side), right-click Expert Advisors and click Refresh
  • VistaX should now appear in the Expert Advisors list in the Navigator
  • If it does not appear, restart MT5 completely and check again
  • If it still does not appear, confirm the .ex5 file is in the Experts folder (not the root MQL5 folder)
10

Attach VistaX to XAUUSD M5, load the set file, and enter your license key

The single most critical installation step. AutoTrading must be ON before you attach anything. The blue hat is your activation confirmation.

🎩
Screenshot placeholder
XAUUSD M5 chart → AutoTrading ON (green) → VistaX attached → blue hat confirmed top right
Before you attach — read this carefully
  • Open the XAUUSD chart in MT5 inside your VPS
  • Set the timeframe to M5 — 5 minutes. Not M1, not M15, not H1. M5 only.
  • Look at the top toolbar and find the AutoTrading button
  • AutoTrading must be ON (the button should be green) before you attach VistaX
  • If AutoTrading is grey or shows as OFF when you attach the EA, the entire installation is invalid. You must remove the EA, turn AutoTrading on, and re-attach from scratch.
Attaching VistaX — step by step
  • In the MT5 Navigator panel, find VistaX under Expert Advisors
  • Drag VistaX from the Navigator panel onto the XAUUSD M5 chart
  • The EA properties window will open automatically
  • In the Inputs tab: click Load and select the recommended set file
  • In the Inputs tab: enter your license key in the correct field
  • In the Common tab: check "Allow algo trading"
  • Click OK to confirm and attach the EA
How to confirm the install worked
  • Look at the top-right corner of the XAUUSD M5 chart
  • The hat icon must be blue — blue = active, licensed, and running correctly
  • If the hat is grey or has an X through it, something went wrong — stop and recheck every step above
  • The VistaX EA name should also appear in the top-right corner of the chart window
  • Check the Experts tab at the bottom of MT5 for any error messages
11

Check the market before every session — never skip this

Before every single session, inspect price action on TradingView and check Forex Factory for high-impact news. This takes 2 minutes and can save your account.

📊
Screenshot placeholder
TradingView XAUUSD H1 chart + Forex Factory news calendar pre-session view
Your pre-session checklist — run through this every time
  • Open TradingView and check XAUUSD on the H1 and H4 charts
  • Is price in a clean range or in the middle of a violent, sustained move?
  • Are candles forming at a normal size or are they abnormally large?
  • Is price near a major psychological level (e.g. 2000, 2100, 2200, 2300)?
  • Open Forex Factory and filter by High Impact (red folder) news
  • Is any red-folder news event scheduled within 30–60 minutes of your session window?
  • Check your Telegram channel for any session skip notices posted by kazpa
How to read price action as a VistaX user
  • Round psychological numbers (2000, 2050, 2100) — price treats these as magnets and reversal zones. Be cautious if price is slamming through them with force.
  • Support and resistance levels — areas where price reversed before. If price is approaching one with momentum, wait and see what happens before running the session.
  • The 50 EMA on H1 — price often gravitates toward this. If price is far extended from it, a snap-back is more likely.
  • Large wicks on candles — big wicks signal rejection. They show you where buyers or sellers stepped in hard. Pay attention to their direction.
  • Overall trend — is the market clearly trending in one direction on the daily or H4? Running counter-trend is higher risk.
Do not run VistaX if any of these conditions are true
  • Price is making an explosive, sustained move in one direction with no pullback
  • Candle sizes are abnormally large compared to recent history
  • A high-impact (red folder) news event is within 60 minutes of the session window
  • A major structural level (prior swing high or low) has just been aggressively broken
  • You cannot explain or describe what you are looking at on the chart
  • kazpa has posted a session skip notice in Telegram
12

Leave the terminal alone and monitor with discipline

Once it is running, the single most important rule is to not create user error. Close the VPS window, monitor from mobile, and do not interfere emotionally.

📱
Screenshot placeholder
Running XAUUSD M5 chart on VPS + MT5 mobile monitoring view
What is safe and correct to do
  • Close the Remote Desktop / VPS window when you are done — the VPS continues running in the background
  • Monitor equity and open positions from the MT5 mobile app
  • Re-open the VPS anytime you want to check the terminal directly
  • Review session results on Myfxbook after trades close
  • Check Telegram for any post-session notices or updates
What will cause serious problems
  • Closing the MT5 chart or terminal window inside the VPS — EA stops immediately
  • Accidentally shutting down the VPS session
  • Changing lot size, drawdown limits, or any settings while trades are open
  • Panic-closing trades manually without a clear structural reason
  • Clicking around the VPS out of boredom or curiosity
Daily verification — run this before every session, every day
  • Confirm you are on the correct live account number
  • Confirm AutoTrading is ON (green button)
  • Confirm the blue hat is blue
  • Confirm the chart is XAUUSD on M5
  • Confirm market conditions and news are clear
03 — Settings & Usage

VistaX Settings Reference

What each key setting means, what is required, what to never touch without understanding, and why each one matters to your results.

Correct Chart
VistaX must be attached to XAUUSD on the M5 timeframe — no exceptions. Attaching to any other symbol or timeframe will produce incorrect behavior. Confirm symbol and timeframe before every single session.
Required
AutoTrading
Must be ON (green) before attaching VistaX. If it is OFF when you attach, the install is invalid — remove the EA, turn AutoTrading on, and re-attach. Check this before every session.
Required
Blue Hat Icon
The hat icon in the top-right corner of the chart is the primary visual confirmation of activation. Blue = active and running. Grey or X = something is wrong. If it is not blue, stop and recheck your entire setup before doing anything else.
Required
Set Files
Always load the recommended set file when attaching VistaX. Set files standardize all input parameters and prevent accidental misconfigurations. Never use a set file from an older software version. Download the latest version from the dashboard whenever an update is released.
Important
License Key
Enter your license key in the correct input field after loading the set file. Keys are tied to your specific account and are not transferable to other accounts. Retrieve it only from the official Member Dashboard. Keep it private.
Required
Trading Sessions
VistaX is designed for specific market windows — not 24/7 operation. Running it outside intended sessions is at your own risk and may produce results outside the expected performance range. See the Sessions section below for exact GMT times.
Important
Lot Size
The most dangerous setting if incorrect. Base it entirely on your account balance using the table in the Risk section — never on what you want to earn. Oversizing lots is the single most common cause of blown accounts. See the full lot reference table below.
Required
Drawdown Settings
The strategy needs breathing room to work correctly. A limit set too tight creates premature exits that compound losses instead of preventing them. Understand exactly what your drawdown limit means before setting it. Never set it to an amount you are not prepared to lose entirely.
Important
Unknown Settings
If you do not know what a setting does — do not touch it. Use the provided set file. Focus on the five things you can control: correct chart, correct account, correct lot size, correct session time, and clean market conditions. Those five handled correctly prevent the vast majority of issues.
Caution
Best practiceUse the provided set file. Leave settings you don't understand alone. Focus on chart, account, lot size, session time, and market conditions. These five things handled correctly prevent nearly all user errors.
04 — Risk & Lot Sizing

Risk, Lot Sizing, Drawdown & When to Take a Loss

The most important section in this entire guide. The vast majority of account problems come from bad lot sizing, emotional interference, or drawdown rules that are too tight.

Must fully understand the consequences
Why lot size is so critical
  • XAUUSD moves fast — even 5–10 pip adverse moves can be significant with the wrong lot size
  • One unit too large means faster liquidation risk on any adverse move during the session
  • Never increase lot size after one good session — always base it on your balance, nothing else
  • Recalculate your lot size every time your balance changes significantly (up or down)
  • The table above is a guideline — adjust conservatively based on your personal drawdown tolerance
Overleveraging is the #1 account killer
  • Most blown accounts were using lot sizes calibrated for a balance 2–5x larger than their actual account
  • The desire to force large returns from a small account is the fastest path to losing everything
  • Lower balance = less room for error. Accept slower growth or fund properly.
  • There is no shortcut here — the math does not care about your goals
Drawdown management philosophy
  • The strategy needs space to work — a drawdown limit that is too tight creates premature exits
  • Premature exits from tight drawdown limits turn recoverable situations into locked-in losses
  • Before setting a drawdown limit, ask yourself: what is the maximum dollar amount I am genuinely comfortable losing? Set it to that number — not lower.
  • Revisit your drawdown limit whenever your balance changes significantly
A practical profit protection approach
  • Start with $10,000. No hard drawdown limit initially.
  • Accumulate $5,000 in profit — this becomes your dedicated loss buffer
  • Once you reach $20,000 total, consider withdrawing $5–10K
  • Repeat the cycle until you are trading entirely with accumulated profit
  • Discipline in this area matters more than any single setting inside the EA
Situations where taking a manual loss may make sense
  • Price explodes hard and sustained against an open basket with zero sign of reversal
  • A major structural level (prior swing high or low) is broken aggressively and holds on retest
  • Trend continuation against your position gains clear momentum across multiple timeframes
  • A catastrophic news event (rate decision, geopolitical event) changes market behavior entirely mid-session
  • A basket has remained open well beyond the normal session window with no meaningful recovery
Price action signals to watch as a VistaX user
  • Round numbers (2000, 2100, 2200) — price magnets and common reversal zones
  • Prior swing highs and lows — if broken with force and held, structure has shifted
  • 50 EMA on H1 — common decision zone and gravitational pull point
  • Large wicks — show rejection and directional pressure at key levels
  • Overall daily/H4 trend — trading counter-trend carries more risk
05 — Session Times

Trading Session Times

VistaX is built for specific market windows. Know your session time in your local timezone before every run. Use World Time Buddy to convert — never guess.

Official GMT Session Windows

Daylight Saving Time (active)08:46 – 09:44 GMT
Non-Daylight Saving Time09:46 – 10:44 GMT
Session time rules
  • Always convert GMT times to your local timezone using World Time Buddy — never guess
  • These sessions fall within the London market open — the highest-liquidity window for XAUUSD
  • The US and UK change their clocks on different dates each year — always verify which schedule applies, especially in March, October, and November
  • Do not start early — wait for the exact window to open
  • Running outside these windows is at your own risk entirely
Daylight Saving reminderThe UK moves clocks in late March and late October. The US moves clocks in early March and early November. There is a 1–2 week window each year where they are on different schedules. During these windows, your session time shifts by one hour. Always verify using World Time Buddy before the session opens.

07 — Common Mistakes

Common Mistakes That Cause the Most Problems

These are the mistakes that generate the most support messages and the most account damage. Read every single one before going anywhere near a live account.

🖥️
Wrong server selected in MT5

Correct login number but wrong broker server. Login either fails entirely or opens a different account. Always search for and select your exact server name — character for character.

🔄
Trading on the wrong account

User believes they are on live but is actually on demo, or vice versa. Always verify account number, server name, and balance before every single session. No exceptions.

📉
Wrong chart or timeframe

VistaX attached to a different symbol or a timeframe other than M5. Always confirm XAUUSD on M5 before the session. The EA will not behave correctly on any other setup.

⏹️
AutoTrading was OFF during install

VistaX attached while AutoTrading was grey or off. The installation is invalid. Remove the EA completely, turn AutoTrading on until the button is green, then re-attach from scratch.

🖼️
VPS not in full screen mode

Remote Desktop is in a windowed view, causing mouse offset. Clicks land in wrong places and random MT5 buttons get hit. Always switch to full screen before touching anything inside the VPS.

Closing MT5 inside the VPS

User accidentally X's out of the MT5 window or chart inside the VPS. The EA stops running immediately. You can close the Remote Desktop window — you absolutely cannot close MT5 itself inside it.

💣
Lot size too large for the balance

Running $10K lot sizes on a $3K account. This is the single most common way accounts get destroyed. Lot size must always be proportional to account balance. There are no exceptions to this rule.

🫁
Drawdown limit too tight

Setting a $100 drawdown limit on a $5,000 account. The strategy exits on the first adverse tick and cannot recover. The drawdown limit must give the system enough room to operate and breathe.

🌪️
Running during chaotic market conditions

Starting the session during a major news spike, a sustained breakout, or an abnormal volatility event. Always check TradingView and Forex Factory before every session start — no exceptions ever.

🎲
Changing settings without understanding them

Randomly adjusting lot size, session filters, or drawdown values without knowing what they do. A handful of casual changes can make the system's risk profile completely unrecognizable from the set file default.

Final Operating Rules — Run Through These Before Every Session

Treat the "Always Do" list like a pre-flight checklist. Every item. Every session. Non-negotiable habits, not suggestions.

Always Do These

  • Verify your exact live trading account number before every session
  • Confirm the chart is XAUUSD on M5 before every session
  • Confirm AutoTrading is ON (green button) before attaching or running
  • Confirm the blue hat is blue before every session start
  • Open the VPS in full screen, horizontal mode every time
  • Keep all passwords saved securely and accessible
  • Check your session time using World Time Buddy — every session
  • Inspect XAUUSD price action on TradingView before the window opens
  • Check Forex Factory for red-folder news before every session
  • Check Telegram for any skip notices before every session
  • Review Myfxbook data weekly to track your performance honestly
  • Use demo accounts for any new settings or strategy testing

Never Do These

  • Never click random buttons inside the VPS
  • Never overleverage based on what you want to earn
  • Never run the software when market conditions are chaotic
  • Never trade money you cannot afford to lose entirely
  • Never assume the account is correct — always verify it explicitly
  • Never attach VistaX with AutoTrading turned off
  • Never close the MT5 chart or terminal window inside the VPS
  • Never change settings you do not fully understand
  • Never skip the pre-session market and news check
  • Never increase lot size emotionally after losses or wins
  • Never rely solely on the software — develop your own market awareness
  • Never use a set file from an older version with a newer software release
