Quick Fixes
Solve 90% of issues yourself in under 2 minutes
1Check the Auto Trading button in the MT5 toolbar — must be green. Click it if grey or red.
2Confirm correct chart and timeframe — XAUUSD M5 for VistaX, EURUSD M15 for VistaONE.
3Tools → Options → Expert Advisors — all three permission boxes must be checked.
4Check the Experts tab at the bottom of MT5 for error messages.
5Confirm market is open — not a Friday, FOMC day, or weekend.
1Yellow or grey face = Auto Trading is OFF. Click the Auto Trading button to turn it green.
2No icon at all = software not attached. Drag it from Navigator onto the chart.
3Re-enter license key, click Load for .set file, click OK.
4Still not showing — restart MT5 completely.
1Copy your license key fresh from your Member Dashboard account card.
2Right-click software on chart → Properties → Inputs → delete old key, paste new one. No spaces.
3Click Load to reload the .set file, click OK.
4Confirm your MT5 account number matches what you submitted on the activation form.
1File → Login to Trade Account in MT5 to re-establish the connection.
2Open a browser on your VPS — if no pages load, VPS has no internet. Contact your VPS provider.
3Restart MT5 completely.
1Power & Sleep Settings on VPS — set both to Never.
2Windows Update → Advanced — set to "Notify to schedule restart" to prevent auto-restarts.
3Pin MT5 to the taskbar.
4Restart the VPS on a weekend to clear memory.

No — you need a license transfer. Email [email protected] with your old account number, new broker name, and new MT5 account number. Do not submit a new activation form without contacting us first.
Not necessarily. Confirm: Auto Trading is green, correct chart/timeframe, .set loaded, license OK, market open. VistaX has day rules (no Fridays, FOMC days) and market condition filters. Not trading can be intentional, not a bug.
Yes — they run on separate charts independently. Each requires its own license key.
Open trades stay on your broker's server. Reconnect to VPS, reopen MT5, reattach software, re-enter license key, reload .set file, enable Auto Trading. The sequence continues from where it left off.
